Mr. Farrell graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Jill S. Schwartz & Associates, P.A., Mr. Farrell served with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Miami District Office, from 1994 until 2005, serving as Supervisory Trial Attorney from 2000 until 2005. He is a frequent lecturer and labor and employment law topics for the Florida Bar, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Farrell is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Farrell is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Farrell currently serves as Vice Chair of the Orange County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Committee.
