Lauren R. Robertson, Esquire
Ms. Robertson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky and received her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Robertson focused her studies in the areas of labor and employment law and received The Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar’s Outstanding Labor and Employment Law School Student award. Ms. Robertson also served as the Barry University Law School Liaison for the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has co-authored an article with Jill S. Schwartz that was published in the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section’s Checkoff publication.
Ms. Robertson focuses her practice in the representation of clients in labor and employment matters including discrimination and harassment in the workplace, retaliation, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act and whistleblower litigation.
Ms. Robertson is a member of the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Section, Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
